FAQs

Help me choose a size!

It is hard to choose what size to make. We do our best to explain what sizes our models are wearing, how they fit, and the length of each garment. Chest sizes given are the upper limit for the fit of the garment and based on Australian sizing charts.

Our sizing is very similar to Target and Australian brand Cotton On, and a smidge smaller than Bonds and Pumpkin Patch.

Knit fabrics and knitted garments have more forgiveness in their sizing than woven fabric patterns because of the stretch involved.

Your designs are too cute! Can I sell garments made from your patterns?

Yes, but we need to have a chat about it first. We like to make sure that there is only one seller for a design in any given area, and we like to have a great relationship with our makers. If you’d like to join our growing group of greatness, fill in this form and we’ll be in touch.

Are you going to make your patterns in larger sizes? I want some of these designs for the older children… and me!

Yes, that’s the plan! We do have some designs cooking away. If you’d like to be notified when they are ready you can sign up to our mailing list (the popup window will show up while you are on our site or you can use the form at the very bottom of this page). If there’s anything in particular you’d like to see, just shoot us an email using the form below.

What’s up with postage costs?

We post with Australia Post, using the least expensive method available. If your item is less than 2cm high when packed, we use letter post. The base methods do not include tracking or insurance. These services are available at additional cost. Convo us if you would like to have either option added to your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly, and pack with care.

Depending on the product, some orders are shipped as letters/documents (printed matter) and others as parcels. In accordance with Australia Post requirements, all parcels are shipped with a customs slip. We cannot underestimate the value of your purchase or mark it as a gift in order to avoid duties and taxes. To do so is against the law and would expose us and you to prosecution.

Customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse your parcel on the basis of imposition of duties and taxes, we cannot refund your purchase until we receive it back.

We do not offer refunds on digital products
